Refunds & revisions

Every movie is made from scratch for you, so we built our process to get it right before it's finished.

Character approval

We send you your characters before animating anything. If they don't look right, tell us what to change and we'll adjust them. If, after our adjustments, we still can't get your characters right, we refund your order in full.

Revision after delivery

One free revision is included: a scene, a name, a detail, or the music. Reply to your delivery email within 14 days with what you'd like changed.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your characters. Once your characters are approved and the movie is in production, orders can't be cancelled, but your revision is still included.

Problems

If your file doesn't open or something is technically wrong, we fix it or send it again at no cost.

How to ask

Email pulmeoreurope@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
